First of all look at your own house/garage and identify the articles you don’t need at all. Take their photographs, upload the photographs on your ECAs page, set the prices and sell them locally. Once you have finished with your clutter, its time to move on to your neighbors.
Contact your neighbors and ask them if they have some item they do not require and would like to sell them. Take photos of all those items, ask what price they expect out of sales of those item. Load the photos of these items on your ECA page and sell them online locally.
By doing this you not only be helping your neighbors but also be earning commissions on the sales of these item. After some time your neighbors may become your PRMs or SFI affiliate as well. It’s a Win; Win situation !
