I feel it is very important to have a good Sponsor or Co-Sponsor. The unfortunate fact is that not all Sponsor's pay attention to their team members.
In my opinion, A good Sponsor should give advice, encouragement, congratulations and help when one of their team members ask for some.
However, all is not lost if your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor is not paying attention. SFI has a few great features to help our new team members out.
We have the Forum, where you will get ideas and advice from many of your team members. You can participate in the A2A and build friendships and alliances with team members that may be in your area, country and collaborate with them. Then, as you did here, you can ask your questions in the AskSC to get varying opinions.
Now, besides your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor, you do have other members of your Upline you can contact. Simply go to the bottom of your screen and click on the text that says " Contact Your Sponsor/Upline". You then can send messages to the other team members in your Upline.
In short, don't fret over not having a good Sponsor/Co-Sponsor. Use the resources that SFI provides, have dedication to building your business and team; and lastly, provide the assistance to your downline the way you would like to have received assistance.
