I think the best way is to reach out to him or her. Send your sponsor a mail or chat message, tell the sponsor or co sponsor you are willing to work and get success within SFI, but you need some guidance.
This should trigger your sponsor or co sponsor's attention, if not, there bad.
You can also directly reply to the welcome email he or she sends you, that way a sponsor should see that this is a great start for a new psa and are motivated, people who do this always trigger my attention, and i will work closer with those that contact me.
Maybe you can also make a point at the monthly sponsor ratings, did he do a bad job in helping you, rate low,just as a reminder. If he notices, he'll might contact you.
