The best way to get your Sponsor to notice you and provide guidance is to contact them directly either by e-mail, team mail or SFI Chat and ASK for help.
Speaking from a Sponsor's point of view, I don't necessarily know that you want help if you don't ask me. If you're logging in every day, collecting your daily VP and in general doing what you should be doing I may send you an e-card congratulating you for your successes, or if I see that you've suddenly stopped logging in I'll send a "tips" e-card. But I try not to inundate my team with a lot of junk mail.
If you have asked for help and your Sponsor is still not doing anything then email your Co-Sponsor or Upline Sponsor. If you still don't get the assistance you desire from these people then come join us at the Forum and ask your questions there. There are 200 Forum Gurus and 100s of other members that are always willing to provide assistance and answer questions.
