A good sponsor can make a world of difference in your progress and success in SFI. Your Co- Sponsor may or may not be as important, depending on their level of involvement. I personally have an excellent sponsor, who is generous with his time and expertise, and is always willing to give timely advice.Conversely,I have never heard from my co-sponsor.
I am co-sponsor to some folks who sometimes tell me that their sponsor does very little, and at that point, I step up and work with them as though they were a first line PSA.
I try very hard to treat my PSA and CSA workers as well as I am able, and when I don't know an answer, I research until I do. I reward my good workers by acknowledging their good work and reassigning affiliates to my PSA's when they are ready.
As your knowledge and experience increase,it is important that you take your lessons learned, and strike out on your own to become and excellent sponsor to your own team.
