Sponsor and Co-sponsor, are the 'parents' of any affiliate. They are assigned to give direction and care to affiliates; no matter ones age in SFI. I don't know if Gery- the founder, is exempted.
Seriously speaking, its very good and important to have a sponsor and Co-sponsor. They act as ones father and mother respectively in our SFI days, in this online business.

If we talk about Sponsors and Co-sponsors, we don't exclude our up line members. They also care for affiliates, just like the huge extended family system; as grandparents, uncles and aunies
