This is the same question I have been asking since the day I signed up on December 6 2012. My Sponsor is not an individual person but a business team that never logs in so in my case I have no way of getting my Sponsor to notice me or offer me any guidance.
I read answers to your question from other affiliates saying that you have done lots of achievements here on SFI so I think that this is a way to prove to yourself that you do not need a Sponsor to succeed because if it is to be it is up to me. Only you are responsible for your success.
I read Ask Gery article about this subject and other articles as well and they all say that every SFI affiliate is an independent worker so no one can force your Sponsor to talk to you just like no one can force you to log in and talk to your affiliates so if your problem is the same as mine then you just have to teach yourself.
You also know that you have a co sponsor and other members in your upline team to guide you in my case my Co sponsor has given me guidance and I also have A2a friends that I also connect on Facebook and Skype so if your Sponsor is not there for you, then SFI has staff who can give you the help you need.
I apologize for not being able to answer this question the way you want but I am speaking from my own personal experience. No matter what I do my Sponsor never notices me because they never log in but my co sponsor has noticed my badges, he follows my posts in the forum and sees my participation in Ask SC so if your sponsor has not noticed you despite what you have done then there is nothing you can do but I am sure that others notice you and give you guidance.
So do not despair you do not need your sponsor just like Gery Carson did not need a Sponsor to succeed.
