One of the marketing companies that I once worked with had this to say when I signed up; ”If you want help from your sponsor or up-line then you must earn their attention.” Now that I have been with SFI for three years and have obtained a leadership level I can better understand what I was being told.
When your personal group starts to build up you will find that you have less and less time to give to everyone in your team. So you have to find ways to help those who are the workers. SFI has provided a way for all the affiliates to find those in their teams that we should be paying our most attention to.
That is why we have the “Movers” tab located in our Affiliate Center. When that tab is clicked on it will open to a page that has your top movers (Those who are working the business) listed in order as to the number of VersaPoints that they are earning during the month.
If you want your sponsor to notice you then you will need to get involved enough to make it on your Sponsor’s movers list. To be on that list you will have to be actively working your SFI and TripleClicks business every day – gaining VP and putting in a standing order and enrolling new affiliates.
As for receiving guidance from your sponsor you must let your sponsor know you may need help and directions. So many times new affiliates enter into SFI and then never contact their sponsor for help but will complain that they don’t get any help from their up-line. Team Leaders are not Mind Readers – you need to “ask” your sponsor questions so you can obtain help.
If you happen to have a “non-active” sponsor you can still receive all the guidance that you need through the forum, a2a friends, Ask SC questions and answers and through your stream messages and up-line beyond your sponsor. In SFI you are only alone as you desire to be.
