How important is it to have a good sponsor and co-sponsor?
I would say extremely important
When we first became part of the SFI team, first and closest team members are exactly sponsor and co-sponsor, real people with whom we have first contact and who give us support and all the key guidelines for proper start - communicating with them we create an impression about the new work environment and easier to fit into it.
If the sponsor and co-sponsor of the successful and we are even more motivated to succeed.
If you regularly communicate with the sponsor and co-sponsor of the much faster and more easily will overcome ambiguities in the work.
If we are diligent and committed to our activities in the SFI our sponsor and co-sponsor will certainly recognize it, commend and will reward our efforts and for us this is a major boost and schools what should we be to its future members.
Through the work we developing and friendly relationship with our sponsor and co - sponsor (and other team members), which is also another true wealth.
Personally, I have a wonderful sponsors and co-sponsors and really feel happy about it.
Successful leaders create successful leaders, and that is mutual benefit.
