In my 13 months here, i have yet to talk to my sponsor, although I have sent several messages to him over the months before. I talked to my upline team leaders, and all of them responded.
It is up to your sponsor to initiate and maintain contact with their team, even though they do not have any impact on what you do. Only guidance, which I missed would have been helpful. When you first join, your sponsor should try to get in touch with you, as I do with my team
