Do this two things to get your sponsor to notice you and provide guidance to you.
The first best thing is to contact your sponsor. If your sponsor have a Country Power Rank badge. You can check which country s/he is from and send him/her a message in the language that is most used in his/her country. Some sponsors have problem with English. It become difficult for them to contact their team. If you break the ice he/she might start contacting you and provide guidance.
Some sponsors have loosed hope. They've been trying for some time to help their downline. They sent them messages and gave them incentives. The downline did not respond and/or show any progress. So the next best thing is to 'reactivate' your sponsor.
You reactivate your sponsor by logging into SFI everyday and do your To-Do List. Even if s/he is not contacting you. Just keep on logging in, doing your To-Do List and sending him/her messages. That will keep you on your sponsors Movers List. Always when your sponsor does his/her Red Tabs, your sponsor will see you on his/her Movers List.
That will draw his/her attention and start noticing that you are serious about your business. When s/he notices that you are serious about your business, even if there was something disrupting him/her. S/he shall make means/chance to start helping you and guiding you. He/she will be activated and become active.
