My thoughts would be to make sure that you get your face out there right in front of your sponsor.
The best way to do this would be to work the system and make sure that you make it to their "movers" list every day.
Lots of people have thousands of PSA's. It is impractical to keep in touch with each one individually, but if you constantly appear on their movers list you can be assured that they will take notice.
I personally have around 3000 people in my team. I can't keep up with everyone on a personal basis. I use the Movers List to see who really wants to become a success and is prepared to put the effort in. These are the people who I concentrate on.
If you need specific help then by all means contact your sponsor but the best way to get help is to show that you deserve it.
