I send a welcome letter to all new PSAs and CSAs as soon as possible and follow up every few days for a few weeks.
I give all my contact information in each e-mail I send to an affiliate and tell them to contact me if they are unsure about anything, have questions or concerns or just want to talk.
After a while of getting no response from them I don’t send e-mails as often.
