After looking at your profile, and seeing that you have already proved yourself a very active and committed SFI affiliate since 2013, I'm inclined to think your question is set more to help other affiliates who feel they need more guidance than they are getting from their sponsor currently.
So, to answer in this context, I will explain what leads me to notice individual team members:
Every new PSA who joins my team sees my PSA greeting and within 24 hours will receive from me an ecard with my welcome message explaining how to get started, particularly how to do the 5 Fast-Track activities, which includes sending their commitment message and completing their Affiliate Profile, and how to access the Start video, SFI Basics and Launchpad lessons.I also guide them to a training video on my own website which shows them how to do the daily activities (red tabs). I tell them they can contact me at any time if they need guidance and provide my email address for them to do that.
The first thing that will make me notice a potentially serious affiliate is when I receive a notification that they have completed their affiliate profile. I visit that profile, read the information they have provided, then send them an ecard and try to connect with them based on that information. I invite them to contact me back, and if they do I always reply and begin building on that relationship.
An active sponsor is always on the lookout for active PSAs, and WILL notice them if they are appearing in the Movers tab, if they are achieving EA or higher, if they are winning in Daily Grand, if they are doing well in E365 (Congratulations on becoming E365 Champion yourself!), if they are active in the Forum, and so on. An active sponsor should be giving feedback and recognition in some way, whether through email, ecards or acknowledgements in Stream posts, and will always be open, approachable and amenable to any communications received from their PSAs.
An active sponsor will be sending regular newsletters, providing updates about SFI or giving general guidance that they believe will be most useful for their team to know about.
However, even an active sponsor is not a mind-reader, and if there is anything a PSA needs particular or individual help with, then the responsibility must be on the PSA to ASK for the help and guidance they need.
When a PSA looks like they are progressing at a good pace and understanding the system, as you evidently are, even an active sponsor may not be aware that the PSA is in need of additional guidance, unless they are asked for it.
In Gery's Rules of Success #4, we are encouraged to 'Work With The Workers' (https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/ROSWorkWithWorkers) and believe me, an active sponsor will be delighted to receive an email from a PSA asking for guidance, and showing their commitment to their SFI business. You will most definitely be noticed if you do that. After all, a key ingredient of an entrepreneur, a self-starter, a business owner, is that they are capable and willing to seek the help they need.
An active sponsor will not always be 'breathing down the neck' of their individual PSAs, because it can be counter-productive and off-putting to someone who is quite happily working at their own pace, and will be a waste of energy on the vast majority of PSAs who join SFI but never take advantage of the opportunity offered to them.
Of course, I have only talked here about ACTIVE sponsors. If your sponsor is not active themselves, there is little you can do to expect guidance. In that case, it is your responsibility to reach out to your higher upline, SFI support and the extensive help community in the forum.
