Well, to get noticed you must perform, and that too to your best. There are many things i would say you can do to get noticed and be given guidelines by your sponsor, from my experience.
1. You must log in daily. This will put you in your sponsors movers list.
2. You must read widely and try to understand each launch pad lesson which you should apply as you build your knowledge , confidence and team.
3. You must complete all actions on the to do list like intermidiate actions, daily, weekly , monthly etc this enables your Sponsor to see how you are performing as you ll be on the movers list. He or she can check your ledger and give tips. My sponsor could always contact me or mail me if I missed to perform any action , she used to guide me well and give the best advice especially in the beginning when I just joined.
4. Participate in various SFI and tripleclicks activities like forums , ask SC, daily grand draw, eager zebra games, auctions etc
5. Focus on team building. Ensure you become atleast EA .... You ll need to accumulate 1500 VPs. A notification will be sent to your sponsor so you ll get noticed. I do so every month and my sponsor always sends me e cards and stream posts followed by tips on hw to move on to the next step to become a TL. When you do become a TL again a notification is sent to your sponsor. He or she will surely notice it because they too are benefitting as they get AVPs. So to grow even more sponsor will give you guidelines.
6. Incase you are in any doubts , you must mail your sponsor or contact directly to clear your doubts and this will enable your sponsor to guide you accordingly.
My sponsor has always looked closely at me. Above are the things i do always since i joined in. Above are the guidlines my sponsor gave me and she has always been by my side. Doing the above I became BTL in my second month after joining , BTL in third month, my sponsor gifted me T Credits and PSAs. All through keeping in touch and guiding me till I became E365 champion on completing a year. This too was a success because my sponsor really encouraged me and she awarded me 10 $ GC my co sponsor too has always been supportive he too awarded me with GC and t credits.
