From my point of view the Sponsor is the person whom a affiliate contacts first to clarify the doubts, help and guidance in building SFI business. Now here we should always remember that every individual is different, so no one can guarantee that very sponsor is co-operative. but some of the sponsors are doing lot more than expected or doing every possible help to the down-line affiliates to build their SFI business. Salute to those Sponsors, these type of Sponsors are the backbones of SFI.
So, just approach to your Sponsor by e-mail or by team-mail with a definite commitment that you need help to move forward with SFI. The sponsor will surely help you. Moreover we new comer/new affiliates must also be serious about that commitment we have made. All the affiliates should login daily, complete daily to-do list,weekly and monthly actions, all possible ways to get a VP. By doing this you can show your seriousness to your sponsor. Meantime your sponsor ,may be also monitoring that you are becoming serious.
If you are doing your all duties with SFI seriously,focused on your goal and then also you are not getting any kind of help/guidance from your Sponsor then kindly submit a ticket to support.
