You really only need 5 personally sponsored affiliates to become Platinum or Diamond Team Leader to be very successful and to become a Diamond Team Leader yourself.
The problem is that you need to sponsor many to find 5 that will be active for long enough to become Platinum Team Leaders.
If 1 to 3 present of the people you sponsor is active, your will need to sponsor between 200 and 500 people personally.
The faster you can sponsor active people, the faster you can grow your business and income. If you have more than 5 active people, you can allocate them to your most active PSA's and help them to have 5 active people each. This will then duplicate, building your business faster.
