The number of affiliates that you need to sponsor each month will vary based on the opinions of many, so no set answer is either right or wrong. It's the quality of affiliates who will make commitments and not the quantity that is more important than anything else. The most common goal is to find your 1st serious 5 people who will actually get active, work, move up to EA status and maintain it each month. In my opinion, you should at least sponsor 5 to 10 Affiliates a month, a great indicator to strive for.You will never know who will actually work the SFI business and move forward, but as long as you constantly and persistently add new affiliates, it would be the key to helping you build a successful business. This process should be ongoing and never ending.
The next step would be to lay out your blueprint, step by step and help those 5 serious people to reach the same goals. We usually refer to them as the Executive Team. Spend all your valuable time coaching , coordinating ,working and building this team to do the same as you By the yard it is hard , but by the inch it is a cinch, if you get them one by one. In the end , results are what you are looking for. Your Team should then understand the Power of Duplication and how it really works.........
