The best way to invite them in doing something is always through our own example and experience.
There is plenty of incentives and info all around the SFI Center, for all of them to know the importance of promoting and getting lots of referrals to build their own team.
We can invite them to participate in a coop that we do for our team, to participate in S-Builder Coop as a way to get started with their own promotion.
Regarding promoting themselves, they possibly do not do it because they might be afraid, they might not know where to start or how to proceed, or some undefined reason.
So we need to show them the way, teach them how and where... for example, I prepared a document that I am sending to my affiliates from time to time - because I always do some updates to it - that indicates all of the ways I am promoting my business and what kind of results I am getting... it provides them with many possibilities on where to start, and they can choose what suits them best, and they can see that my ways are always changing - improving from time to time as I find better ways along the way, and they can also see that I am getting results... it might be encouraging to get started.
I can also put some incentive by telling them that for each new affiliate they get, I will match it or I will give them 10TCredits or any form of little contest can help.
And, I always remind them that I am there for them if they have any question at any time.
However, we also need to remember that we can "teach them how to" but we can't do it for them.
What we can do is to always do our best in providing all the needed support and presence!
