That helps a lot.
Without an option to see forum themes in the native language, almost none of my co-workers did not go to the forum. Now they are much more active and ask questions there, and find answers to things that interest them. For many of persons who do not speak English, this is salvation, because they feel safe and as if they were at home. This is a great option.
