Exchange Name: The name of the Traffic Exchange
Username: Your ID or username
Password: your password to the site
Referral URL: The URL you would use to refer others
Startpage/login URL: Some Traffic Exchanges let you surf without login in
Make a Schedule: List the day you will login and assign credits for each site.
Then you can make your schedule all depending on how much time you have available to do your surfing.
