In SFI , everybody starts out with 0 Versapoints on the 1st day of every month. This is the process and part of the system that determines your compensation from month to month and there is no way to get around or avoid it. A lot of Affiliates still continue to miss or don't really comprehend this as they work toward building their business each month.
When you log in and score points, you become an Active Team member for that month. You want to score as many points as you can each month and then spend time, building and increasing your own group of Active Team Members. Work with this particular team of PSAs and CSAs , motivate and encourage them to log in , work their Versapoint Ledger and do the same as you. When they log in their Home Page and work the Red Tabs, they will score at least 11 pts daily and will end up with 330 pts as they work toward the monthly goal of achieving EA status. We have commonly referred to this as being on the 11/30 Plan . Most of your Active Team Members will finally get it and commit to moving up and above the 1500 Versapoint minimum requirement to maintain EA status each month. By the yard, it is hard , but by the inch, it is a cinch! It all starts small and once you gain momemtum, it is known as exponential growth! Imagine what it would be like when you build and increase your Active Team Member Base each month with everyone working the 11/30 Plan , teaching this same process to members of their individual teams. Your downline, Total Group Versapoint Activity and your Sales Commissions would increase every month until everything finally explodes!
Of course , this is the direction that most Affiliates strive to achieve, if they want to build a huge residual check each month in SFI , but it first starts with you. The question is. " How fast do you want it to happen and are you doing the right things to get the right results? ".
Just keep every thing simple, understand how the Versapoints system really works , stay focused and don't quit or give up.
