How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

A new month began.
The points you won last month and qualified for the perks and payments you received (or will receive) for the last month. It is not feasible, of course, for us to pay you more than a month in the same places. Now that the new month has started, you begin the process of qualification.
If you want to earn benefits, bonuses and commissions every month, you have to earn every month. Furthermore, if there were no requalification requirements, many people would simply do nothing.
