I am not a great fan of traffic exchange websites.
The website members are all driving or promoting some sort of business and are all competing for each others attention. When I was involved, my focus was simply to click on the next ad so that I can earn my credits within the time frame. I never read the ads that flashed past in front of me. That was me, and I suspect all the other members do the same.
I never had much luck with traffic exchanges and have moved onto other forms of promotions.
As far as I can tell, the only people who could have had a lot of success on traffic exchanges are those people who had banners permanently or semi permanently fixed on the home page.
