The PSA obviously wants to be an employee where he is paid for filling out forms and simply typing someone elses work/creation. He has an employee mentality. He wants a job.
Affiliates in SFI are not employees, they are employers. They must have the employer mentality. He is the business owner and his role is to drive and to grow that business so that it become a successful money making machine.
If he is not willing to do these but simply fill forms and type then SFI is not for him. He may opt out of SFI.
