I would ask such a person if they want to become an entrepreneur in a business where all training is provided for free. I would explain that they would have to become familiar with how online business works, and to focus on reading the training materials, and only take one point at a time, only moving on to the next point after they feel they have a good understanding of the first point, so as to not get all of the information jumbled up together.
