I am very new to SFI, but if I may. This is what I am thinking. Whether it is your 2nd, 3rd, 4th 5th 105th generation I would support them the same as I would my first generation, they may not need the coaching as much, but they are still your Team mates, and your EARNERS, even though they have moved on a few generations or are just generations away, we all need support from time to time, you know that pat on the back every once in awhile, as humans. I would absolutely give them support once in awhile, and not leave it to someone else. This is my answer. Thank you. Sherry Robinson
