The quickest way to earn money is to promote sales of TC products. Go over with him the ways to use the text ads to sell products, how to set up the ads, what types of products and the expected targeted audience. It doesn't have to be a complete lesson, just enough for him to get some ads out there. He can sell without Key Codes for a short time while he is working on his To Do List and getting everything set up for building a team.
While the placing of ads won't get him any VP, it might very well get him some PRMs who will buy and therefore earn him Sales VP.
If he is wise, he will use that SVP towards his 1500 VP and save some to do's for next month. or he will use it to earn BTL and be rewarded with 2 TCredits and a share of second home CSAs.
