For me there are two top VP task to focus on, because of their effect on your earnings and long term success.
By far the largest share of VP earned will come from sponsoring new PSA to SFI, because not only do you make 100 or more VP per month when they achieve EA2 or higher rank, but once you become a Team Leader you will earn matching VP off the actions and sales of all EA2 or higher you have referred, and any in their team, and those on several levels, (up to 12 levels) below you. Every EA2 in your 1st Generation is worth a minimum 1600VP per month and those in the lower tiers are worth a minimum 1500 VP per month each but getting there requires favorite source 2 to be achieved first.
Source 2 in terms of favorites is actually the first thing you need to figure out for long term success in SFI.
Sales VP are where income is generated and money saved as well. As nice as transfer buying is in theory a lot of things you simply pay more for buying online, because of shipping cost. A Transfer buy is usually limited to things that are comparable price after the shipping is done or that don't require shipping. Some products like this are nutritional and weight loss items, vitamins, some cleaners, magazine subscriptions, website hosting, content creation services, paid advertising etc..
Generating sales however is not limited to a budget as some people online have massive budgets or no limits at all to what they can buy and spend massive amounts on electronics, gifts, jewelry, clothing, art, collectibles, automotive parts, and more. When you learn to reach the people who are actively buying the products we sell at TripleClicks you will achieve a couple things.
The first is that you will be in profit faster as it takes time to have a large enough downline of active members to generate life changing amounts of Versa Points, but as little as one good customer can put you in profit every month because of the 45% of the Commission Volume you get as a Direct Commission. Get a couple hundred regular shoppers with sizable gift list and you could make $30,000 a year or more just from tier 1 commissions.
The second thing you achieve is experience in selling that you can teach your PSA to duplicate and pass down to their PSA etc..
When you teach you will help these affiliates earn money faster and nothing motivates you more than getting that first commission check except getting your first [b]BIG COMMISSION CHECK.[/b] The fact is 80% of the affiliates who quit after 1 to 3 months of working their business do so because they haven't made any money at all, not even a couple dollar to show them they can earn commissions. They keep promoting SFI and hoping someone will place a standing order and are crushed by the 97% who wont.
By teaching them to promote TripleClicks and generate sales they will get a paycheck faster, and be more motivated and as they get to generating more sales you will earn far more VP than if they just focus on recruiting PSA and praying they place a standing order or practice transfer buying on a grand scale. A team that sells makes more money from bottom to top.
