Everyone has its own experience to share in his/her journey with SFI. It takes time to learn the whole sytem of SFI. If I would have known right away how SFI works, its concept and the underlying principles, I would have done a lot of things differently.
I would have done the following:
- I would have focus on maintaining EA every month.
I was so excited when I joined. I immediately perfomed the Getting Started in just 3 days without undestanding the content. I was so closed in becoming GTL in my first month with almost no financial investment. I used up all my AVPs, so that in the following month, I was struggling to meet the requirements of becoming EA. I would have sparingly used my free AVP as the situation requires.
- I would have focus on learning the skills of sponsoring..
What's good for being a Team Leader without team? I was in that situation exactly. I should have taken the time going to the Training tab widening my knowledge base, learning the marketing methods and participating in the SFI Forum and Ask SC. I should have taken the time to take one topic at a time to fully digest and comprehend everything about the A to Z of communicatiing and establishing relationship with downline.
- I would have setr my goal in becoming a Team Leader progressively, as the situation warrants.
I became a Team Leader with just 10 inactive PSAs. I spent money to reach that rank, but that's not being profitable. I need to continually sponsor to find affiliates who are passionate in SFI.
SFI requires persistence, patience, determination and commitment. Have I known this before I would have done many other things that would have keep me in the right path.
