I hit BTL quite soon in my SFI career, with three excellent PSAs and two good CSAs. After a good few months where hitting BTL was easy and I was aiming towards STL, suddenly one of my PSAs decided to give up and nothing was going to persuade her to stay, then a second slowed up dramatically. This made the easy achievement of BTL much more difficult and really hit my confidence.
Supported by my Sponsor, I have now decided to aim to EA each month and concentrate on finding new Affiliates through a combination of a standing order for S Builder and more personal advertising. I'll be back to BTL and beyond once I have a solid team to support me.
