If I were to start over again I would treat this business more seriously right from when I started.
I think so many people who join have been burnt by other "money making prgrams" that they don't really see that this is is a genuine opportunity and treat it like that.
Another thing I would do (that probably goes hand in hand with my first answer) is commit to invest an amount each month. Both, to maintain my rank (initially) and also to develop paid advertising to help more people to understand this opportunity.
I think lots of affiliates spend money to maintain their rank without understanding that unless they duplicate their efforts they are really only treading water. By all means improve your rank but don't forget to develop a team so that you can duplicate your effort.
