I would encourage new affiliates to focus on gaining VP in the following order
1) Set up min 1500 VP Standing Order - it is important to highlight the advantages of becoming a Gold Fast Track member to new affiliates, there is a lot of information/training in SFI and without your support & encouragement it is easy for new affiliates to miss the 10 day window of opportunity - this will ensure that the new affiliate starts to see results immediately as GFT members do not have be EA2 they can start earning $$$ in the first month & this action provides many ongoing benefits as well
2) start advertising your business immediately (including SFI Biz Op, TripleClicks Store and ECA Program) and encourage/support new members to follow step 1 by building a strong team you can earn monthly VP and you will also start earning direct commissions.
3) Work through the training materials, it's not a race if they have followed step 1 then EA status is already attained and the AVP available from this training can be spread over the first few months - new affiliates can then give the training proper attention rather than rushing through in order to reach EA status - if planned well the VP available for training can help the affiliate to reach & maintain Team leader status for the first few months by which time they should have built up a reasonable sized team of PSA from their own advertising efforts (step 2) and CSA from shares of second home CSA & CSA awarded for maintaining EA status.
4) Daily / Weekly / Monthly tasks from To Do list - keep up to date with news etc
5) Auctions / Games / Shopping etc in your TripleClicks store - great fun but does not grow / add long term value to your business so should not be at the expense of steps 1 - 4 as they are all aimed at building a stronger business model and long term residual income.
