I would do everything THE SAME as I did when I registered.
I registered at the end of the month and I transferred points to the next month. I became a Gold Team Leader. I got 16 Tcredits and 3 shares of CSAs.
During that time I've read and studied a lot and I was able to confirm Bronze Team Leader status. I won $10 for confirmation of Team Leader status.
From the beginning I started working seriously. This is a serious and very interesting job. We need to give our maximum in the dedication and team.
