Important thing is that we need to communicate regularly, we need to keep in touch. Either by PSA/team mail, E-cards, Tips cards, chat, personal call or personal mail.
Depending on the requirement and situation we need to decide what kind of a communication method we should choose.
1. When we are communicating to the entire team on a common subject PSA or team mail would be preferable which saves time,strain and stress.
2. We can use E-cards to congratulate or to give tips to them.
3. Team mail serves at a great extent, saving a lot of time and keep us away from communicating to the persons who had already left SFI.
4. PSA or team mail will be official, professional and authenticated.
A few people may tend to avoid seeing the SFI name.
5. When we have anything specific to tell to an individual PSA, like where they need to give attention, where they need to improve upon, or giving ideas on advertising or marketing, developing the team we need to send personal mails depending on their level of grasping and implementing skills.
6. The very newbies may feel overloaded when we talk on advertising/marketing exercises when they have other activities to get completed. So we cannot send the common team mail all the time.
7. Personal mail will have a more personalized touch and easy approach. An intimacy and care would be felt.
