Since your success is dependent upon your PSAs to a great extent, and their expectation from you would also be higher than your CSAs, because they are personally known to you, it becomes all the more important that your channel of communication is the best and fool proof.
I would recommend that you use both the channels, i.e. you should contact your PSAs through SFI PSA Mailer, as well as, their personal email addresses for the simple reason that whenever they are not checking their personal mails or their email IDs are not good, at least they would receive the mails from SFI PSA Mailer and our messages will reach them, making them feel your concern for their success. After all, we are successful only when our team is successful.
