Do BOTH Rania but, ensure that you have something important or helpful to say. It is not a good idea to send a PSA email just to get the Action VP (AVP). If you show you are interested in your PSA and communicating with them you are going to have more success.
Also, be aware that if you send a message through the internal SFI Message System your PSA is not going to see it unless they sign in to their SFI account. Sending an email directly to them or through the PSA Mailer will still get there whether they have signed in or not.
