I feel the chances of PSAs viewing the messages or contacting them is greater when sending it directly via their email address because they check their email a couple of times a day than to check their PSA Mailer because most of them will not remember how to even sign into SFI website by not remembering the username or password they have used when signing up with SFI and other reasons e.g. curiosity
