Hi Rania,As answer on this question I can tell you what I do for all my new PSA's every month.
As soon as I recieve the notification that I recieved a new PSA, I open the profil from this new member to see iff she or he is still online. If this member is stil online I send a little "HI XXXXX (name),welcome on SFI,I can help you if you need some information,your sponsor XXXXXXX(my name)this little message is seen immediatly and the new PSA is feeling less isolated.As soon as this is done I send via the team-mail messager my welcome letter how content my own presentation.This letter is limited at 2000 caracter's, so I tell in this letter that I send to her/him a mail with all the information to start (a step by step letter)well on SFI to hiss/her personnal mail address. It is important to do this in the first 12H afther inscription (fast-tracker).Doing that why I obtain a better result from new member's-activity.I can send to you by mail the exempels from my welcome and my step-by-step letter.Hope this help you, and many success on SFI.
