This is a good question - and not the easiest to answer... there are pros and cons to each, but I have found that people tend to respond better to emails to their personal email address and not from the SFI team mailer.
I think this is because they get so many emails from SFI that it's easy for them to overlook messages from you through the team mail. It's better I've found to send something to them directly as they will take the time to look at it and read it.
Only problem is that if you start getting a lot of PSA's, it can become more difficult to manage that... but if you can do it, it's worth it.
