It all depends on the system availability.
Both are good ways.
I like sending through SFI Mailer reason being it has that professionalism where we have that caption at the bottom of each letter sent to show that we have SFI support.
Sending through your email to their email address is good also but there has to be a little trust associated with it. Does the receiver trust you to send letters in her email address they may reject it as spam. But if they have a good standing with their Sponsor and Co-Sponsor then it is good to send through their email.
There are options in the genealogy to send mails to your downline you can use any option...through T-Mail, through e-Mail, or just through their chat when they are available.
It all comes down to their level of acceptance.
I have used both ways. But when you send it through PSA mailer you are not sure whether they have received it.It is not the mailers fault though.
But when you send through your e-mail you will find a reply back to you whether it has been received or not.
I have used my email to send emails to my down line some has been returned to me saying that the email address you are sending to is not found. Only some email gets returned.
And if you check your genealogy list you will find green and white envelopes.
The white represents those who have not confirmed their email address and green shows that they have.
I have been sending to those who have the green envelopes and several even amongst these registered email addresses has been returned to me as not in existence.
Another reason could be as these Affiliates have not completed their first training at 'getting started actions' so they may not have whitelisted
[email protected] and most of their mails end up as spams.
Usually if your mails are answered then there is a guaranty of a receiver if no one responds from the other side it seems it all gets into the thin air and disappers.
I would suggest you use use both. Send mails to affiliates who have registered email address
Putting into consideration the rules set out recently by SFI on number of mails you are entitled to send.
We don't want to overload the system whether it be SFI or our own mailing system and the benefits attached to it.
