To contact your PSAs is to communicate with them. What better way to communicate depends on circumstances and the type of message you would want to pass across. In SFI, I would say both ways either through PSA Mailer or email address are good. In a situation where you have quite a number of PSAs say between 10 to 20 and you have a message which is of common interest to all of them, it will be better and more convenient to contact them through the SFI PSA Mailer (Bulk Mailing) instead of contacting them individually. Mailing the same message to 20 individuals one after the other may be cumbersome and time wasting.
But where the message looks more like personal or of particular interest a PSA, then contact directly via email will be better in this scenario.
