Both are OK. Through PSA mailer you can contact all your PSA's at a time and trigger them to action based on what you want them to work on, the same message
applies to all of them and the advantage is that you will receive 30 VP weekly for doing that.

But the direct mailer or sending via personal email is also good especially from time to time as the message will address the needs of a particular PSA, and so this message will be directed to a particular person.
