I can only give you an outline of what I send as the first message.
1) Make it short so they will read it.
2) Introduce yourself
3) Welcome your new PSA to SFI. (I also add, that myself and SFI are here to help them
build their new online business with free expert training)
4) I explain they have not joined a 'GET RICH QUICK' business because we don't do that
here.
5) Explain SFI is a legitimate successful business and growing through out the world
daily.
6) Start by watching the Start video, reading the Basics and start the Launchpad.
This will help to understand the website.
7) I explain that showing up daily will keep them in the E365 Entrepreneur Challenge,
it's free and they can out at: https://www.sfimg.com/E365 Which is just one way to
receive perks.
8) I Congratulate them for becoming an SFI affiliate and new business owner
9) I tell them I look forward to working with them and to please contact me with their
goals, so together we can help to achieve them.

and my e-mail address.
I always follow up the next day with a short e-mail, explaining what they need to be doing daily.
As their To-Do list, and some information to get them started. Make sure they are added to your weekly letter.
