A few things you should tell your new affiliates are:
1)"Welcome to my team"
A new affiliate, like I once was, would probably like to receive a message from their sponsor / co-sponsor giving a warm welcome and informing them how to move around on the website and what certain things mean so that they are not totally lost.
2)"I am glad to have you on my team."
This tells your new affiliate that you care about them, and hopefully gives them the motivation to succeed in SFI. This is probably the most favorite thing that I have been told by my sponsor and I then kept succeeding in SFI.
3) "If you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask. I will be more than happy to help."
By saying this, your new affiliate(s) feel welcome to come to you with any questions or concerns they may have.
These are some of the many positive and motivational things you could tell your affiliates. Keep them interested and positive in succeeding in SFI. This will not only make you successful, but they will also benefit. I hope this answered your question. I wish you the best of luck!
