Here are some suggestions for information to give new affiliates in your welcome letter.
1. Introduce yourself and tell them you are their sponsor. Let them know that you are there to help them succeed and that you are very glad they joined SFI.
2. Give them the basic info about SFI in the sample letter provided by SFI.
3. Advise the affiliates to begin with the Start button and then the SFI Basics. When they understand the information given there, start with the Launch Pad Lessons.
4. Advise them to complete actions in the VP Ledger and the To-Do List and to log in each day.
5. Tell them about your co-ops and perhaps some gift certificates you might offer. Have them write to you for more information.
6. Tell them that you look forward to working with them. Be sure to provide your contact information so they can get back to you. Make sure they include their SFI ID Number in all communications.
7. Let them know that you look forward to hearing from them. Remind them again that you are there if they need help.
