First mail to the affiliate should welcome the affiliate to the SFI and to your team. Give them your introduction as their sponsor and a brief about how you are taking steps to ensure your growth. On the basis of that let them know:
1. Importance of communication
2. Importance of logging daily.
3. Let them know about the forum, a place to know more about SFI from other’s perspective.
4. Let them know about E 365 program
5. Let them know about Fast Track and its importance.
6. Let them know about Tripleclicks and its importance in the growth of your business. Give them brief about Pricebender auctions, Eager Zebra games, Member listing, ECA listing.
7. Importance of regular visits to Training centre and Launchpad lessons.
8. Importance of support centre.
These are basics that an affiliate should know thoroughly to be a star in SFI. Hence, they become the most important piece of information that should be shared with the affiliates in the beginning.
Although, if you wish not to overload the affiliate with too much information than restrict to welcoming part in your first mail and follow up with rest of the information in next two mails but within a weeks time.
