In your first email to your new affiliates you should give instructions for the first steps - Getting-Started actions. Then explain them the importance of daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
Send them the link to your fb account. Stay in touch with your affiliates. Direct them to read all the lessons in Launchpad and the compensation plan. Also, you can describe them a Fast Track and what benefits it brings.
