Building their downlines up to 12 generations is an uphill task over time for SFI affiliates. There are many different ways that affiliates can use to build their downlines. Building successful downlines is a result of effective recruitment, sponsoring and duplication.
As a team leader(BTL and above, you must have at least 5 active EAs(EA2 and above). First, you have to work with the workers, motivating and leading them to build their own downlines through effective leadership, training and monitoring. Not only to build longer downlines, but be able to retain the active members.
Building up the downlines is a number game. It's about quantity but may lack quality.
The best way but not necessary effective, is through direct or indirect purchasing of new affiliates. You can purchase new affiliates directly through PSAs To GO as a package( by SO)and through auctions and ECAs. Indirectly you can obtain through S-Builder, Co-op, B&B, Daily Grand, and games(not all games).
Team Leaders play a major role in building successful teams leading to successful business.
