In your first email to new affiliates be sure to let them know you are there for them when they need assistance. They can get answers in the forum if you are not available in emergencies.
Be sure to let them know that SFI is not a 'Get Rich Quick' scheme and there income level is determined by the amount of time and effort they put in to the program. Explain that SFI has tips, strategies and free resources for building their online business and they should log in and learn something everyday.
Also remind them of the daily free games and contest available to win valuable VersaPoints, CSA's and TCredits.
Don't overwhelm them with too much but give them enough information to peak their interest and to keep them coming back.
